Do You Require A Deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit. For a fixed price contract, the deposit can be 10-50% depending on the job size and how many materials need to be ordered. For a labor-only contract, the deposit can be much smaller or zero.

Are You licensed and insured?

Yes we are licensed and insured for $1M+.


Is there a fee to provide a quote?

There is no fee to provide a quote if you own the property or have it under contract.
If you do not, there is a small service fee of $50-85.

Do you give line-by-line scopes of work?

Yes, we try to be as specific as possible on our scopes. If we are intsalling new windows, we try to specify the number of windows, if we are installing a new furnace we try to specify the brand. If we are fixing a kitchen, we specify the broad components and provide a dollar item for each. We work with our clients to refine our scope as necessary.

Are your crews in house?

We have several long term crew members that work in-house, a belt of subcontractors who are specialists, and additional laborers for overflow work. We have a few other crews we have a relationship with that can be ignited for bulk rehabs.


How do you handle changes to the original scope?

All changes are documented with signed change orders.


How many jobs can you do at a time?

We can do 3 total jobs simultaneously with current crews. For a bulk rehab we bring on auxiliary crews and bulk order parts to decrease timelines and complete work around 30% faster.


What areas do you service?

We service Milwaukee and an hour out. We can send crews further out but the client would need to cover a few inexpensive hotel rooms for the crew.
